Renowned Boston area chefs show off their best coffee recipes at the French Library and Cultural Center on Monday, April 14th. Starting at 6:30pm, chefs from Pigalle, Torch and Maison Robert, among others, will debut creative sorbets, sauces, desserts and appetizers based on gourmet coffee. Proceeds form the $15 admission fee benefit the French Library and Cultural Center. Early reservations are strongly recommended, so call 617.912.0400 if you’re interested in attending.
