Cooking Tuscan at Radius

Learn the secrets behind great Tuscan cuisine on Saturday, October 22nd from chef Michael Schlow in the next installment of RadiusFall/Winter Cooking Class Series. Schlow and partner Christopher Myers turn the Radius kitchen into a classroom for Cooking Tuscan, a look at everyone’s favorite Italian food. Classes, which cost $125 per person, run from 11:00am until 2:00pm and are a great opportunity to get a glimpse at the behind-the-scenes workings of a professional kitchen.
