You, too, can cook up delicious and crispy fried chicken like comfort food guru chef Sarah Wade, all you have to do is head to Stillwater on Tuesday, February 27th for her Comfort & Cocktails Series. The interactive workshop with the chef will cover all the different styles of fried chicken, different cuts of the bird, choosing the right boil and flour, and even brining versus marinating, so you’ll walk away knowing everything there is to know about fried chicken.

After the demo, everyone will sit down to a three-course fried chicken feast (check out the menu below). Each course will be paired with a fun cocktail, and you’ll get a recipe card to take home so you don’t even need to take notes.
