CitySprouts, a year-round gardening program at the Cambridge Public Schools, hosts their 4th annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 2nd from 10:00am-3:00pm at the Peabody School (70 Rindge Ave.) in Cambridge. The Stone Soup-themed afternoon will feature lots of hands-on activities for kids like cider pressing, pumpkin decorating and vegetable printing. There’ll be delicious lunches and snacks for sale from Whole Foods Market, Casablanca, Henrietta’s Table, Rialto, Veggie Planet, The B-Side Lounge, Green St. Grill, Oleana, and other renowned Cambridge restaurants.
