Save the date—on Saturday, November 19th, Chillingsworth pops the cork on the 2016 Beaujolais Nouveau with a five-course French dinner. Plan on being at the Brewster restaurant at 6:30pm for an hors d’oeuvres and Nouveau reception either outside or fireside, depending on the weather. A five-course prix fixe menu follows with French country-inspired dishes and paired Beaujolais wines (including the Nouveau).
