Chester Restaurant in Provincetown open officially for their 9th season on Thursday, May 11th, so mark you calendars. You should also mark your calendars for Wednesday, May 10th, when chef-owner Jay Coburn and owner John Guerra host Chester’s annual Spring Open House Party. Everyone’s invited to drop by from 4:00-7:00pm for delicious hors d’oeuvres and a selection of beverages – it’s a great opportunity to sample some of this season’s menu items and to catch up with friends after a long winter hiatus.
