Chefs Collaborative Hors d’oeuvre Fest at Icarus

On Sunday, April 25th chef Chris Douglass hosts an amazing roster of Chefs Collaborative chefs for an Hors d’oeuvre Fest to benefit the Chefs Collaborative’s efforts to support local and sustainable cuisine. Boston area chefs will convene at Icarus to cook up their favorite dishes for the reception. For $25 per person (or $30 if purchased at the door) guests can eat delicious local fare and mingle with chefs like Douglas Organ of Arbor, Brad Ozerdem of Avenue One, Ruth-Anne Adams of Casablanca, Peter McCarthy of EVOO, Jim Solomon of The Fireplace, Ben Cevelo of Fraser Garden Court Terrace at the MFA, Jay Murray of Grill 23 & Bar, Peter Davis of Henrietta’s Table, Mark Usewicz of The Independent, Phyllis Kaplowitz of Jacob Wirth, Mark Allen of Le Soir, Michael Leviton of Lumiere, Tim Hallama of Mamma Maria, Thomas John of Mantra, Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park, Ana Sortun of Oleana, Tim Partridge of Perdix, Anthony Susi of Sage and Amanda Lydon of UpStairs on the Square.
