Cookbook lovers and anyone who loves some good farm-fresh diner food, mark your calendar for Thursday, December 7th because chef and author Keith Sarasin will be stopping by Harvest for the next installment of The Cook & The Book series. Chef Nick Deutmeyer, pastry chef Tab Volpe and the rest of the Harvard Square team will be welcoming Sarasin in to share a multi-course menu of flavors from his four cookbooks, including “The Farmer’s Diner,” which is named for his traveling farm-to-table event series that’s raised more than $125,000 for local farms.

Grab a reservation for dinner here, which starts at 6:30pm. Your $150 ticket includes all your food plus some lovely wine pairings and discussion time with Sarasin, plus you’ll get a signed copy of “The Farmer’s Table” to take home. If you have any Qs give the restaurant a call at 617.868.2255, and if you can’t make it to dinner you can still catch Sarasin in Somerville any day of the week at the all-new Rosebud Kitchen & Diner, which is now open with a fabulous new American/Indian menu.
