Cheese Tuesdays at L’Espalier

As an encore to Wine Mondays L’Espalier has instated a monthly series called Cheese Tuesdays, when in-house cheese expert and maitre d’, Louis Risoli, hosts a special homage to fromage highlighting cheeses from around the world. The collaboration includes four-courses from chef Frank McClelland, who builds the menu around the selected cheeses and input from sommelier Erik Johnson, who pairs matching wines. Their efforts culminate in a supremely popular night of cheese education and enjoyment. Cheese Tuesday begins at 7:00pm. The cost is $72 per person.
