Chickadee’s Next Cookbook Dinner


If a night of pasta, cocktails and talking about cookbooks sounds like the perfect night to you, this month’s Cookbook Club at Chickadee in the Seaport is a can’t miss event. James Beard Award-nominated chef John DaSilva is bringing to life recipes from Flour + Water: Pasta [A Cookbook] by Paolo Lucchesi and Thomas McNaughton on Thursday, February 22nd, and you can get in on the fun at either 5:30 or 8:00pm seatings to talk about all things gnocchi, linguini, and tortellini with like-minded foodies.

Dinner includes four courses for $85 (grab tickets for 5:30pm here, and 8:00pm here), and you can add an optional beverage pairing if you’d like something to sip as you twirl (N/A drinks, too!). DaSilva will be on hand to discuss each dish, and if you don’t already have a copy of the book you’ll be able to buy one during or after dinner.
