Château Biac’s Gabriel Asseily Comes to Catalyst

Château Biac

If you’re getting a case of cabin fever waiting for spring to do its thing, take a tasty side quest on Saturday, March 11th at Catalyst in Cambridge for a visit with Château Biac. Chef William Kovel and Co. have a special four-course menu planned to welcome their guest from the lovely family-owned, estate winery that’s located just south of the city of Bordeaux — and of course to also show off the wines! Scoop up a ticket via email here; dinner is $140 per person, which includes tax and tip, and starts at 7:00pm. You’ll get to try some decadent pairings like Pithivier of Squab with Foie Gras, Savoy Cabbage and Bordelaise served with 2018 Felix de Biac Cuvee, and it’ll be the next best thing to a trip to southwest France. Check out the full menu below, and give them a call at 617.576.3000 if you have any Qs.
