Chef Felino Samson and co-owners Kasey Anton and Carlos Hidalgo welcomes guests to celebrate four phenomenal years at Bomboa. On Wednesday, November 12th the restaurant will be open for two seatings at 7:00pm and 9:15pm. For $48 (one dollar for each month of operation), guests will be able to choose a la carte from a “Best Of” menu that’s been assembled specifically for the birthday bash.
