Proprietresses Mary Catherine Deibel and Deborah Hughes add another wine event to this month’s roster when they welcome former wine director Shane Lessard back to UpStairs on the Square for a Burgundy Dinner on Wednesday, November 30th. To accompany a four course dinner of traditional Burgundian fare from chef Steven Brand, Lessard will be opening some of his favorite burgundies.
