Lolonis Vineyards has brought new ideas to organic farming since the 1950’s, utilizing the elegant ladybug as a way of pest control. These unique vineyard wines epitomize the Redwood Valley style. Proprietor Maureen Lolonis, will take guests on a guided seminar through her cellars. The ripe, juicy fruit flavors of their award winning Merlot and Zinfandel, complemented by chef Daniel Bruce’s masterful cuisine, will make this an evening you won’t want to miss. The evening gets underway at 6:30pm with a seminar in The Atlantic Room, followed by dinner at 8:00pm. The seminar and dinner cost $195 together.
