Boston Wine Expo

On January 31st & February 1st the Seaport World Trade Center and the Seaport Hotel will play host to more than 440 international and domestic wineries from 12 different countries, at the thirteenth annual Boston Wine Expo. This educational weekend of wine tasting, the country’s largest consumer wine event with more than 2000 wines being poured, allows attendees to explore some of the secrets of wine and food via 28 different seminars and chef demonstrations from chefs like Todd English of Olives, Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger, Ken Oringer of Clio, Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park and Daniel Bruce of the Boston Harbor Hotel. The expo is open from 1:00-5:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets cost $60 in advance ($70 after January 23rd and at the door). A portion of the proceeds benefit the Floating Hospital for Children’s Summer Camp Program for Children with Disabilities. Attendees must be 21 or older to attend any event.
