Cocktail Cookout at The Cue

Top Boston drink-slingers are gathering at Cruiseport Boston on Tuesday, August 9th to show off their shaking and swizzling skills. As part of Boston Magazine’s two-night summer bash, The Cue features bartenders competing for best drink, alongside bites of standout barbecue. Twelve local mixologists will go head-to-head, including Kevin Mabry of Capo, Curtis Hancock of Catalyst, Patrick Clark of Citizen, Mike Lanno of Granary Tavern, Patrick Leonard of Koy, Alex Carregal of Stephi’s in Southie, Jared Sadoian of The Hawthorne, Carl Medeiros of The Revere Hotel, Patrick Foley of The Palm, Sonya Borges of Tamo, Nick Giannotti of Tip Tap Room and Phil Ford of Trade. To complement the sips, you can sample eats from restaurants like Bambara, Bronwyn, Coppersmith, Franklin Café, Lincoln Tavern, Night Market, The Smoke Shop, Sweet Cheeks, Ward 8 and more. The boozy BBQ takes place from 7:00-9:00pm (with an hour of early admission for VIP-ers) and tickets are $95 each online here, or $125 each for VIP (which includes access to the VIP lounge and a specialty gift bag.)
