Chef-owner Bill Atwood kicks off the 2006 season at the Red Pheasant with a spring wine dinner featuring the organic wines of Mendocino’s Bonterra Vineyard. Head to Dennis Village on Thursday, April 27th for a five-course dinner that starts out with salmon tartare and moves along to courses like organic greens and avocado with grilled wild Louisiana shrimp; braised short rib of beef with a cassoulet of organic spring beans; and orange poppyseed cake with lemon curd, chantilly cream and strawberries.
