Blooming Summer Dinner at Trattoria della Nonna

Chef Ken DeFazio at Trattoria della Nonna in Mansfield bids summer a fond farewell on Saturday, September 26th with his Blooming Summers Extreme Food & Wine Event. The five course dinner features courses chock full of late summer and early fall produce – courses like diver scallops with sun-ripened Green Zebra tomatoes poached in Rosato wine broth, lavender and molasses reduction; handmade quail stuffed raviolini with quail jus, mild truffled cheese sauce and fresh summer truffles; and goat’s milk and brown sugar crème caramel with fresh raspberries and minted latte.
