On Friday, September 24th chef Nitzi Rabin and the folks at Chillingsworth welcome chef Bernard Guillas of San Diego’s La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club to Brewster for their Fall Guest Chef Dinner. Guillas, who was born and raised in Brittany to a family of restaurateurs and bakers, is no stranger to coastal cuisine; he’ll be cresting a multi-course menu that highlights his own, award-winning brand of Californian coastal fare. The evening, which gets underway with a cocktail reception starting at 6:30pm, will also feature the luminous coastal paintings of local artist John Dowd. Dowd, whose Labor Day weekend show in Provincetown is always a complete sell-out, will de displaying a compilation of Cape scenes created especially for the evening.
