Bastille Day at Sandrine’s

In celebration of Bastille Day, chef Raymond Ost, originally from the Alsace region of France, welcomes guests to Sandrine’s for a festive prix fixe birthday dinner. Make reservations for Friday, July 14th and enjoy courses like marinated long stem artichoke salade with mesclun greens, shaved parmesan, balsamic reduction and basil vinaigrette or cucumber vichyssoise, followed by entrecote de porc grillee with pommes frites, vinaigrette a l’ail et basillic or pan seared trout with sautéed almonds, beurre noisette and salade de pomme de terre tiede. Pastry chef Lee Napoli offers up a Gâteau Saint-Honoré with a compote of summer berries. The evening’s three-course menu, which can be paired with Chateau Du Cros, Bordeaux Blanc, 2004 or Macon Rouge Superieur Lamblin & Fils, 2003, costs $25 per person and is available in addition to the regular menu.
