August Cooking Classes at Pagu

Pagu

Before summer slips away, pencil in a lesson with chef-owner/James Beard award semi-finalist Tracy Chang and the Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized crew at PAGU. The Cambridge restaurant has pared things down for August, offering just a handful of hands-on cooking classes focused on two of its most popular subjects: hand-pulled noodles and sushi & hand rolls. Whether you’re looking to master a new skill or simply spend a few hours eating your homework, there’s still time to snag a spot.

Consult the line-up below to find the tutorial that suits your schedule and your budget (classes generally cost $119 per person). You can just click through online here to reserve your seat. Each session is capped at 15 students, so you’ll have plenty of face-ime with Chang to ask questions, and you don’t need any prior cooking experience to attend. And of course, there’ll be plenty of good eats to try and take home.

If you’re curious about private or corporate classes, you can call 617.945.9290 or send an email to get the conversation started. And don’t forget to follow Pagu on Instagram for peeks behind the scenes and updates.
