Aubert De Villaine Wine Dinner at Lumiere

Chef Michael Leviton hosts an exceptional dinner at Lumiere on Tuesday, March 28th when he pairs his James Beard Award nominated cuisine with an array of wines by Monsieur Aubert de Villaine. Leviton’s six-course menu for the evening includes lemon and herb cured Tasmanian salmon with shaved fennel, arugula and mint salad with toasted fennel and black pepper vinaigrette; wild Burgundy escargot with potato and mushroom timbale and roasted garlic-parsley sauce; seared Stonington Maine sea scallop with roasted asparagus, wild mushrooms, scallop jus and thyme; and Long Island duck breast with purée blanche, fava beans and natural jus. Dinner starts at 6:30pm and costs $175 per person including tax and gratuity.
