An Evening in Sicily at Davio’s

On Thursday, May 26th executive chefs Stephen Brown and Eric Swartz as well as chef de cuisine Rodney Murillo welcome Antonio Rallo, owner of Donnafugata, for An Evening in Sicily at Davio’s. The evening gets underway at 7:00pm with antipasti like Taylor Bay scallop crudo; eggplant and red pepper roulade with robiola cheese, baked mussels with fresh herbs and parmigiano. Dinner follows, featuring courses like seared tuna with fregola and caper tomato olive oil sauce; and roasted rack of lamb with potato caciocavallo gratin and roasted eggplant. Pastry chef Tom Ponticelli contributes Sformato di Gianduia with dried cherries and apricot compote. The dinner costs $100 per person, including tax and gratuity.
