The Nauset Beach Club in East Orleans hosts their annual Amici e la Celebrazione dinner on Tuesday, June 21st. The evening starts off at 6:30 wit tableside hors d’oeuvres followed by a four-course dinner of dishes like shiitake stuffed quail and local arugula with champagne-walnut vinaigrette; lobster seared with saffron-lemon butter, crispy fried leeks and grilled sweet corn salad; and phyllo tartlets with fresh spring berries and mascarpone-lemon crème.
