The Nauset Beach Club in historic East Orleans host this season’s solstice Christmas Party, Amici e la Celebratione, on Tuesday, December 14th. Join them for a five-course dinner made up of dishes like seared roe on jumbo diver scallop with braised leeks, Balsamic-butter and fried slivered fennel; grilled tenderloin beef fillet gorgonzola-walnut butter, goats cheese and chive mashed potatoes, red-wine port reduction; and shortcake and winter fruit compote with sauternes and walnuts, vanilla mascarpone crème.
