In partnership with The Professional Pastry Guild of New England, the ladies of UpStairs on the Square welcome acclaimed cookbook author Lora Brody for a traditional afternoon tea in celebration of the release of her new book, Chocolate, American Style. The afternoon tea, which will be held from 3:00-5:00pm on Friday, June 18th, will feature chocolate chunk scones, chocolate walnut rugulach, white chocolate cherry cookies and Chinese noodle cluster, all baked by Brody and her pastry guild pals.
