A Baker’s Brunch at UpStairs on the Square

Join chef Susan Regis and guest chef Leslie Mackie at UpStairs on the Square on Sunday, October 26th for A Baker’s Brunch, featuring recipes from Mackie’s new book, The Macrina Bakery & Café Cookbook. Starting at 12:00pm, the two chefs will prepare a brunch of ham & cheese biscuits, currant & orange scones, and fresh fruit coffeecake, gingerbread crepes with citron ricotta, plumy compote and vanilla syrup; and egg scramble with roasted delicata squash, spinach, smoked provolone and beurre blanc sauce.
