Tequila fans take note: on Tuesday, July 11th chef-owner Andy Husbands welcomes guests and guest speaker, Nicole McClure, from Patron Tequila to Tremont 647 for the 7th Annual Tequila Night. Husbands starts the evening off at 6:00pm with Patron Silver prickly pear margaritas and Latin-inspired apps like peppered oysters with pineapple salsa; chili-cooked pork with roasted jalapeno aioli; and tostones with a grilled red onion and mango jam. The evening’s three-course menu includes options like grilled snapper in a corn husk with charred pepper salsa and cilantro puree; cumin and garlic smoked suckling pig; lime and cilantro grilled striped bass; and a spicy vegetarian enchilada verde. Each course will be paired with a tequila-based cocktail courtesy of Tremont 647’s mixoligists. The $49 price tag for the dinner includes cocktails but does not include tax or gratuity (or cab fare, which you’ll undoubtedly need).
