Yvonne’s pays tribute to its longstanding Downtown Crossing predecessor with its annual Locke-Ober Lunch. An homage to the gone-but-not-forgotten restaurant (Locke-Ober occupied the same Winter Place spot from 1875–2012) and the bygone era of the three martini lunch, the menu will be available on select days during December (the 1st, 8th, 15th, 16th & 22nd, to be specific). Reserve a table between 12:00 and 2:00pm to revel in all sorts of elegant old-world glory – servers in white dinner jackets, lots of bubbles and tableside martini service – and dishes like baked oysters Savannah, lobster thermidor, truffle-roasted chicken and baked Alaska.
