If you’re gearing up to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit, Chef Tracy Chang is planning the perfect takeout menu for the Lunar New Year at PAGU, and you can start getting your orders in now. Spend more time organizing a family lion parade and less time cooking with a bundle of Chang’s pre-made family recipes like Taiwanese beef noodle soup with oxtail and brisket, whole steamed branzino with ginger and scallion, kabocha mochi and more. Check out the full bundle menu below and order online here. The Lunar New Year bundle costs $299.00 and feeds four to eight people.

There are also tons of other special PAGU treats available a la carte like suckling pig, seafood paella, ramen kits, cocktails and mocktails if you don’t need the whole shebang of the bundle, just be sure to get all your orders in by Tuesday, January 17th for pickup at their Lexington and Newton dining room in Cambridge on Friday, January 20th from 2:00 to 3:00pm. CUCUMBER WOODEAR SALAD WITH GOJI BERRIES x 1 quart

1 Whole Pekin duck from Jurgielewicz farm in PA,
Stuffed with 1 quart sticky rice with taiwanese sausage, peas, carrots, tamari, sesame oil

TAIWANESE BEEF NOODLE SOUP
2 quarts braised brisket and oxtail soup with daikon
4 packs knife-cut noodles

WHOLE BRANZINO x 1 small tray
whole fish stuffed with caramelized onion, shiitake, ginger, scallion
1/2 pint sherry tamari sauces

1 jar PAGU chili crisp (formerly known as Umami XO)
1 bag green beans
