Newburyport restaurants Ceia Kitchen + Bar and BRINE have something up their sleeve. On Thursday, September 12th they’ll debut their Culinary Opus, a fifteen course (yes, you read that correctly) prix fixe dinner that is designed to showcase the spontaneity and creativity of the chef. The first in the monthly dinner series will be cooked by Michael Daly and feature Maria Sinskey of Napa Valley’s Robert Sinskey Vineyards, though those elements will change from month to month (giving other cookers and wineries a chance to play). What won’t change is the venue (Brine), the timing (one seating at 7:00pm), the size (only fifty seats available) or the rules (no substitutions, no a la carte options and no mobile phone use – again, you read that correctly).
