Chef Jeremy Sewall has an in-depth afternoon of aqua-focused education – including lessons in fish textures, flavors, proper names and fishing seasons not to mention tips for properly buying and storing it – ready for curious students. The seminar begins at 1:00pm and costs $50 per person. Once your hunger for information has been sated, indulge in chef Sewall’s four course seafood tasting menu at 5:00pm.
