All summer long chef Jorge Lopes will be hosting Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday early evening gatherings on the Blue Room’s Kendall Square patio from 4:30-7:00pm. Tuesday nights are taco night with soft corn tacos and not-so-traditional accompaniments; on Wednesday nights the outdoor grill yields an assortment of kebabs with varied dipping sauces; and on Thursday nights, Lopes fills quesadillas with inventive ingredients and housemade salsas. The nightly offerings can be paired with an equally straightforward selection of drinks – white, red and rosé with Red Stripe and white peach sangria thrown in for good measure.
