Magnolias’ Shrimp Festival Menu

For the month of July, shrimp are in the spotlight at Inman Square’s Southern cuisine specialists, Magnolias. From Tuesday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 28th chef John Silberman will be serving up skewers of shrimp with black mission fig and black currant sauce; fresh dilled shrimp salad surrounded by spicy gazpacho; and Louisiana shrimp boil with plump white shrimp, corn on the cob, asparagus, new potatoes and grilled andouille sausage.
