Epicurean Evenings, Aujourd’hui’s oenophile-friendly Tuesday night get togethers, are going strong with a whole summer’s worth of wine tastings all lined up. Every week, chef de cuisine William Kovel and sommelier Brick Loomis pair three light courses with three themed wines, built around a grape, region or winemaker. Rex Hill is one of Oregon’s most consistent pinot noir producers and was just voted “Winery of the Year” by Wine & Spirits Magazine. Pinot gris and two pinot noirs will be paired with Pacific Northwest cuisine.
