Chef Frank McClelland and sommelier Erik Johnson have released the schedule for their ongoing Wine Monday Series at L’Espalier. These evenings of education and degustation highlight some spectacular wines from across the globe, pairing them with a four-course menu from McClelland and chef de cuisine James Hackney. Johnson is on hand to provide an overview of the pairings and full descriptions of each wine. Wine Mondays begin promptly at 7:00pm, so plan on being there a little early so you’re settled and in your seat by the time the fun begins.
