2nd Annual Soft Shell Crab Festival at the Met Club

‘Tis the season – soft shell crab season, that is and to honor the beloved seasonal treat chef Todd Winer will be hosting the second annual Soft Shell Crab Festival at The Metropolitan Club from Monday, May 14th through Monday, June 11th. Winer and his team have their way with this thin-shelled Maryland delicacy, serving up different preparations every day (in addition to the regular menu). Try the Plymouth Crab – soft shell crab stuffed with cornbread, pan fried and served with cranberry relish, or opt for the Happy Crab Crepes – deep fried soft shell crab with tarragon, chive, and scallion crepe, and barbeque sauce.
