Starting Tuesday, May 1st, Aviles and chef Sean Wesoky are offering a three-course prix fixe menu filled with celebratory, seasonal fare – grilled zucchini and panchetta soup with roasted corn and avocado salsa; Negra Modelo braised pork shoulder with chipotle mashed potatoes, baby arugula greens and sauce borracha; and chocolate truffle tamale with raspberry sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. Available every night in addition to Masa’s regular menu, the Cinco de Mayo prix fixe costs $30.55 per person and pairs nicely with a Masarita, the house specialty margarita.
