Masa Celebrates Cinco de Mayo

Chef-owner Philip Aviles celebrates Cinco de Mayo all month long at Masa, the South End’s nod to sophisticated Southwestern cuisine. Starting Tuesday, May 1st, Aviles and chef Sean Wesoky are offering a three-course prix fixe menu filled with celebratory, seasonal fare – grilled zucchini and panchetta soup with roasted corn and avocado salsa; Negra Modelo braised pork shoulder with chipotle mashed potatoes, baby arugula greens and sauce borracha; and chocolate truffle tamale with raspberry sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. Available every night in addition to Masa’s regular menu, the Cinco de Mayo prix fixe costs $30.55 per person and pairs nicely with a Masarita, the house specialty margarita. Book your table by calling 617.338.8884.
