Sous chef Simon Restrepo, who’s been the consistent winner at Sibling Rivalry’s Monday night throw down, takes on chef David Kinkead for April Fight Nights. For the uninitiated, the series pits the two chefs against one another via two dueling prix fixe menus. Using the same basic ingredients, each chef creates unique three-course menus that reflect their respective culinary styles. Guests can choose either menu for $35 per person.
