An expert in all things Italian, chef Tony Bettencourt shares some of his culinary wisdom in two upcoming cooking classes at Panzano Provviste e Vino, the neighboring market and wine shop from the owners of Tomasso Trattoria & Enoteca. On Tuesday, March 27th and Tuesday, April 3rd, guests will learn to prepare an authentic three-course Italian meal, complete with antipasti, primi and secondi. Once the cooking is all wrapped up, guests will sit down and enjoy their handiwork paired with wines selected by wine director Lorenzo Savona. Classes, which are limited to just 15 students each, run from 7:00-9:30pm and cost $50 per person.
