Magnolias’ New Orleans Festival Menu

Chef John Silberman gets back to his culinary roots this month with a New Orleans Festival menu at Magnolias, featuring recipes from his days at K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen and Commanders Palace, two New Orleans favorites. From Tuesday, March 13th through Saturday, April 28th Silberman will be putting up some signature dishes from down south – chicken-andouille gumbo; shrimp remoulade served over fried green tomatoes; and blackened red snapper topped with crawfish etouffee, among others.
