Chef Frank Toohey makes his debut this month as the chef at Aura at the Seaport Hotel. Having worked at the hotel since its opening, Toohey upholds the standard of excellence (that’s AAA Four Diamond excellence) set by preceding chefs Ed Doyle and John Merrill.
