Updates from Umbria

With the departure of chef Marisa Iocco, the menu at Umbria, Frank de Pasquale’s Financial District homage to Umbrian cuisine, gets an overhaul courtesy of chef Gianni Caruso. A native of Abruzzi, Italy, Caruso has continued the tradition of serving rustic, unadorned fare for both lunch and dinner.
