Boston Chefs Unite for Fishermen’s Families

Saddened by the recent deaths of six local fishermen, local chefs Gordon Hamersley, Barbara Lynch, Rich Vellante and Jasper White, and restaurateur Roger Berkowitz have organized a fundraiser for the families of those lost at sea. Chefs from restaurants across the city will be honoring the skilled and committed fishermen of New England by donating a portion of the Valentine’s Day proceeds to the Gloucester Fund. Participating restaurants include Anthony’s Pier 4, Aquitaine, Aura at the Seaport Hotel, Avila, B& G Oysters, The Butcher Shop, Chez Henri, Craigie Street Bistrot, Davio’s, Duckworth’s Bistrot, Excelsior, Grill 23 & Bar, Hamersley’s Bistro, Harvest, Henrietta’s Table, any of the Greater Boston Legal Sea Foods locations, Kingfish Hall, Lineage, Lumière, No. 9 Park, Oleana, Olives, Rialto, Seasons, either Jasper White’s Summer Shack location, The Fireplace, Turner Fisheries, Union and UpStairs on the Square.
