Two Californian Winemaker Dinners at Copia

Showcasing his flair for Mediterranean cuisine, chef Anthony Caturano hosts two back-to-back wine dinners at Copia, his new Charlestown hotspot. On Wednesday, February 7th, Caturano welcomes winemaker Chuck Parker for a four-course menu paired with the wines of the Trinchero Winery in Napa Valley. On Thursday, February 8th Caturano turns his attentions to another corner of California, hosting winemaker Denise Shurtleff for a four-course menu, this one paired with wines of Cambria.
