Wine Director Lorenzo Savona welcomes novices and experts alike to join him at Tomasso Trattoria & Enoteca on select Tuesdays for Wine Tastings with Lorenzo. Savona, who’s traveled extensively through Italy, will guide guests through the four S’s of wine tasting (that’s See, Swirl, Smell and Sip) and introduce some of the significant elements like region, history, geography and geology. Tastings, which start at 7:00pm and generally last about an hour and a half, cost $25 per person (unless otherwise noted). Though chef Tony Bettencourt provides tasting portions of his Italian delicacies, guests are encouraged to make reservations for a post-tasting dinner.
