Starting this month, guests can gather ‘round the Island at Great Bay for Fish Four Ways a demonstration series courtesy of chef Lee Chizmar. Swing by from 6:00-7:00pm and get to know your finned friends – Chizmar will be serving up some light bites paired with little sips and some invaluable words or culinary wisdom. On Friday, November 10th he’ll be focusing on fluke; on Friday, November 17th salmon is in the spotlight; and on Friday, November 24th hamachi gets the royal treatment.
