Now that their tenth year has drawn to a close, Sandrine’s gets about the business of celebrating its eleventh year with more monthly specials available at the bar. Chef Raymond Ost keeps all of the 2006 offerings in place – you can still snag the Tour de France Cheese Plate, the Alsatian Wurst Sampler or a half dozen escargot paired with a glass of white wine for $10 each. Ost will also be adding new $11 enticements in 2007 – January: a smoked salmon flammekueche paired with a bottle of Fisher Amber Beer; February: a trio of oysters with split of Perrier-Jouet; and March: mini Reuben “sliders” with mug of Kronenburg 1664 beer.
