Style & Grace of Alsace Menu at Pigalle

Explore the Style and Grace of Alsace courtesy of chef-owner Marc Orfaly, who has put together a special menu and paired it with an assortment of Alsatian wines selected by sommelier Kai Gagnon. Available from Thursday, January 4th through Sunday, January 14th, the five-course menu includes rich, authentic French fare like a gruyère omelette and warm frisée salad with foie gras vinaigrette; juniper-crusted loin of venison with glazed poached pears and horseradish-potato purée; and pain d’epice with poached pears.
