Excelsior Unveils January Prix Fixe

Tightening the purse strings in 2007? Chef Eric Brennan reintroduces his resolution-friendly prix fixe menu at Excelsior during the month of January. From Sunday through Thursday, guests can opt for the three-course prix fixe – it’s available in addition to the regular menu and features lobster-garnet yam bisque with ham hock, pea beans and herb pistou; veal chop Milanese with preserved lemon risotto and spicy rapini with smoked tomato; and pastry chef Molly Hanson’s vanilla bean cheese cake with brandied fruit compote and graham cracker.
